You will monitor entrances, patrol grounds, document activities, and coordinate with management and emergency services as needed. Training and a consistent overnight schedule are provided to support safe, welcoming operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, public safety, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to stay alert and detail-oriented during overnight hours.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and document information clearly.
• Comfortable using radios, logs, incident reports, and basic security equipment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnights consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, common areas, and grounds during overnight shift.
• Assist in deterring unauthorized activity through visibility and patrols.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and safety issues.
• Document activity and incidents in written reports or logs.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services as needed.
• Support access control for residents, visitors, and deliveries.
• Address disturbances in a courteous, firm, professional manner.
• Maintain a neat appearance and professional presence on shift.
