Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Security Supervisor for the night shift (11pm–7am) to lead security operations across LHMC facilities and associated sites. You will coordinate shift plans, supervise security personnel, and ensure timely response to incidents with professional communication to leadership and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure and certifications: CPI NCI Certification, AVADE Workplace Violence and related trainings.
• Experience: Four years in security or law enforcement; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of security personnel; assigns tasks for shifts.
• Monitors performance and ensures staffing levels for seven days a week.
• Responds to emergencies, coordinates incident reporting and notifications.
• Maintains security systems knowledge and conducts trainings for officers.
• Ensures proper patient, staff and visitor safety procedures are followed.
