Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for overnight coverage at Riverside County train stations, Wednesday through Sunday. The role supervises security staff and coordinates with site leadership to deliver quality service.

Requirements include a current CA Guard Card, a valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record for over a year, and prior supervisor experience. Strong communication, report-writing, and incident-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CA Guard Card with training certificates.
• Must have a valid CA DL with a clean driving record for more than 1 year.
• Supervisor experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver excellent customer service.
