Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor for train stations in Riverside County. You will supervise security officers on a scheduled shift, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure delivery of quality security services.

Must have a CA Guard Card and a valid CA driver’s license with clean record. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, report-writing, and crisis-handling skills, plus experience supervising a team in a security setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly.
• Must understand operating procedures and instructions.
• CA Driver’s License with clean driving record (1 year driving).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs; operate wireless client-site tech.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle crises calmly.

Education
