Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The role oversees a security team on a defined shift, coordinating with site leadership and the account manager to deliver high‑quality service.

You will coach officers, manage discipline within policy, and ensure smooth operations at the client site. Requirements include a CA Guard Card, at least 1 year of security experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a CA Guard Card with training certificates.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality security operations at assigned client site.
