Qualifications

• State security license and BSIS 32hr trainings required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the security team on your shift.
• Train new officers.
• Manage schedules to ensure no dark posts during your shift.
• Act as liaison between staff and management to meet client security requirements.
• Customer service: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
