Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the Security Department on assigned shifts, ensure guest and staff safety, and maintain facility security. You will supervise officers, review incidents, and coordinate with leadership.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; you will participate in training, maintain records, and respond to incidents while upholding Grand Casino's safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Two years in security, loss prevention, or risk management, with supervisory experience.
• Ability to secure a Gaming Regulatory Authority license and follow gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers on the assigned night shift (11pm–7am).
• Maintain adequate staffing through interviewing, scheduling and training.
• Patrol the property and report hazards to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Back up officers and assume duties as needed during shifts.
