Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a part-time midnight-8am shift on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Norwood, MA. The role supervises security officers, coordinates service delivery, and liaises with client site leadership and account management to ensure quality coverage.

Requires 18+, a HS diploma or 5 years’ experience, and strong communication. Compensation starts at $23.35 hourly with paid orientation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional interaction with all levels of personnel and public
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required before employment
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record; insurance requirements met
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly; exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service delivery on a specific shift
• Liaise between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager
• Supervise staff on shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range
