Omni-Serv is hiring Security Screening Officers for an off-airport JFK facility in Queens, NY. The role involves operating X-ray and ETD screening equipment, enforcing Port Authority security rules, and rotating across multiple functions to support centralized receiving and distribution operations.

Shift is overnight and may include weekends and holidays. Compensation is $22.25 per hour with 100% company-paid health care benefits (medical, vision, dental).

Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray and ETD screening equipment once trained and qualified.
• Screen goods and identify items requiring additional inspection.
• Conduct secondary screening, physical inspections, and alarm resolution.
• Operate a pallet stacker once trained and authorized.
• Load screened goods onto designated trucks with mechanical assistance.
• Apply required seals and complete documentation.
• Complete screening logs and shift records.
• Maintain integrity and control of screened goods.
• Report alarms, suspicious items, and security incidents.
• Follow all security procedures and post orders.
• Rotate between assigned functions based on training and needs.
