Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking an overnight Security Associate to monitor and respond to emergencies, protect guests and property, and assist with security operations. The role emphasizes safety, incident reporting, and collaboration with local agencies.

You will patrol, enforce policies, document events, and serve as a first responder trained in CPR, supporting the Fire Command center as needed. High school diploma required; hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of security experience, preferably in hotels.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on the overnight shift and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and train for emergency/security systems and incidents.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist Fire Command center when needed.
• Patrol building and identify safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Write comprehensive incident reports and maintain records.
• Assist guests and employees with operational tasks during overnight shift.
