Delta Hotels seeks an overnight security professional to assist with safe hotel operations, incident reporting, and general maintenance tasks. The role requires vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies and procedures across hotel facilities.

The successful candidate will respond to alarms, assist guests, monitor logs, and support front desk and engineering tasks while maintaining a professional appearance and strong guest service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of incident response protocols.
• Strong communication, reporting and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and integrity are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hotel property to ensure safety of guests and team members and protect assets.
• Investigates, records and reports accidents or incidents and cooperates with authorities.
• Stays abreast of security concerns and maintains shift logs.
• Responds to unusual events, alarms, and potential theft.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks and assists with various department needs.
• Troubleshoots and repairs hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC and electrical.
• Ensure records for equipment maintenance are kept and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards and work as part of a team.
