Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Surveillance in Three Rivers, MI. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide customer service, and deter security incidents while maintaining a visible presence.

The role offers a flexible schedule (Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM) with pay rate $17.07 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security or front-line roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle incidents calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately; communicate relevant information during shift handoffs and with emergency responders as needed.
