Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and communicate with responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs, escalating issues as needed.
