Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas including exterior and parking.
• Monitor access and verify authorized entry; report unusual activity.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per reporting procedures.
