Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including perimeters, parking, entry points, and telecom infrastructure areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access or unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency procedures and communicating observations to supervisors or responders.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs per Allied Universal and site requirements.
