BEST Crowd Management in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Security Officer for night shifts and weekends in a part-time capacity. You will help maintain safety at client sites, patrol areas, monitor access, and respond to incidents to ensure a secure environment.

Candidates should be at least 18, hold a valid security license, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is a plus, and prior security or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, disturbances, or unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports for any security-related occurrences or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain professionalism and security effectiveness.
• Use security equipment and technology appropriately to enhance security operations.
