Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the distribution location, including exteriors, parking, docks, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and inbound/outbound traffic per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting observations and notifying relevant contacts or responders.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports in line with client requirements.
