Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Electronic Credentialing in Fremont, CA. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, manage access control, and provide exceptional customer service at an automotive manufacturing site.

The role requires at least 1 year of security experience, proficiency with access control, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures at an automotive location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Complete reports and communicate information to leadership.
