Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive, warehouse and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity and vehicle traffic per site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
