Job summary

Peloria Bridge Bay LLC is seeking a Night Watchman for its Shasta Lake marina resort. The role focuses on overnight security and guest assistance across the resort, with patrols, incident responses, and post-hours guest support.

The position reports to the Guest Relations Director and requires a driver’s license, a willingness to work nights, and a focus on safety and guest service. Training in boat operation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous unarmed patrol or security experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort facilities and monitor safety, traffic flow, and activity
• Respond appropriately to incidents and guest needs
• Maintain communication with base station and team members
• Complete incident reports and shift logs
• Assist guests with requests after hours, including transportation when needed
• Monitor public areas for hazards, fires, or unsafe conditions
• Enforce resort rules and address disturbances professionally
• Participate in boat operation and handling training as required
