Job summary

Chico Hot Springs Resort in Paradise Valley, MT seeks a dependable Loss Prevention Agent (Night Security Officer) for overnight coverage. Patrols ensure guest and employee safety, monitors hazards, and maintains a secure, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents, upkeep of common areas, and coordinating with responders when needed. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability from 9pm to 7am.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the resort grounds to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor for fire and safety hazards and secure buildings.
• Respond professionally to guest and employee needs.
• Document shift activity and incidents for management.
• Overnight property upkeep, trash removal, and cleanliness.
• Assist in emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• Represent Chico Hot Springs with courtesy and professionalism.
