Comstock is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer for the Mon-Fri night shift (11pm-7am) in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean and positive experience for residents, tenants, and guests at ParkX Management properties.

You will perform hourly patrols, control access, enforce policies, and support event-related and plaza-area operations while collaborating with the marketing and property teams. A strong sense of responsibility and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.

Responsabilités

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property is being damaged.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Observe and report safety concerns.
• Issue banning notices to violators.
• Maintain files for ban notices and notify management.
