Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Credential Screening in Amana, IA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, monitor access, and respond to alarms at a manufacturing location.

This full-time driving role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service. Schedule includes night shifts and weekends. Growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities accurately and complete required reports.
