Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Alarm Signal Dispatcher in Santa Clara, CA to monitor alarms, coordinate responses, and provide excellent customer service at a busy retail/mall location. You will handle communications, document incidents, and support timely actions to keep guests, tenants, and staff safe.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of security experience, the ability to use alarm panels and computers/tablets, and compliance with background checks and drug

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Security license (state/county/city) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch systems; receive requests for assistance and coordinate responses.
• Document incidents and service requests accurately.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate details to site personnel and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises as assigned.
