Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Control Room Operator in Hillsboro, OR. This full-time role pays $21.00–$22.00 per hour and involves night shifts on Saturday–Tuesday or Thursday–Sunday, 10pm–6am.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer/tech skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center / emergency dispatch environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols at client premises in various conditions.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Interact with client employees and guests to ensure service quality.
• Work in a team to achieve site goals.
• Carry out standard tasks as assigned at the site.
