Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Prior security experience.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Calm, professional interactions with a wide range of individuals.
• Attention to detail and alertness during shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Monitor facility security alarms, calls, and emergencies.
• Dispatch fire, medical, and chemical emergency teams as needed.
• Conduct patrols of client premises in various weather and terrain.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify/report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work as part of a team to meet site goals.
• Carry out tasks similar to duties at the assigned site.
