Job summary

SLS LUX Brickell, located in a vibrant Miami area, seeks a Security Agent to help maintain a safe environment for guests and our team in a luxury hotel setting. Under the guidance of the Security Manager, you will patrol premises, monitor access points, respond to incidents, complete written reports, and provide excellent customer service while enforcing policies and safety procedures.

This role supports hospitality excellence with a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Proven experience as security officer or guard.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Patrol the outside and inside perimeter of property and report issues to the Director of Security.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers.
