Job summary

Responsibilities

• Remove all product and materials from assigned area.
• Do complete pre-rinse of area work from top to bottom.
• Apply chemicals to equipment and machinery from bottom to top.
• Complete thorough final rinse and check area for corrections.
• Clean production processing areas to USDA standards.
