Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee all sanitation activities in a food production facility in Rhode Island. The role leads a team, schedules cleaning, and supports hygiene improvements across production areas.

The position requires flexibility for nights and weekends and involvement in audits and QA collaboration. The candidate should have a background in food manufacturing sanitation, knowledge of USDA/HACCP/SQF regulations, and strong leadership abilities to drive

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; associates/bachelor's preferred.
• HACCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience 3–5 years in food manufacturing sanitation; 1 year in supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily sanitation operations for equipment, areas, and infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections for sanitation deficiencies and report findings.
• Monitor chemical concentrations and titrations; correct deviations.
• Oversee allergen washdowns and post-USDA cleaning procedures.
• Maintain sanitation equipment and inventory of supplies and PPE; on-floor support.
• Available on Saturdays when department operates; provide assistance as needed.
• Mentor sanitation staff on procedures, safety and GMPs; ensure audits.
• Document sanitation activities and audit readiness; support QA and audits.
