Job summary

Tanner is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for Cardiopulmonary duties during night shifts on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will administer respiratory treatments, manage airways and ventilators, and perform blood gas analyses in accordance with hospital policy.

Strong customer service skills and active involvement in quality improvement are essential. The role requires RRT certification with ACLS/PALS prerequisites to be completed within 8 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Three years of related respiratory care experience.
• ACLS, CPR, and PALS certifications required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Must become certified in PALS and ACLS within 8 months of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments and airway management as per policy.
• Ventilator management and blood gas analysis.
• Serve as a resource to other employees and participate in quality improvement.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service representation.
