Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Trauma Acute unit on the night shift (PRN). You will deliver professional nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

The role requires RN licensure in TN, CPR and BLS on hire, ACLS may be required for certain assignments, and a minimum of 1 year RN experience. Emphasis on patient safety, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (TN) or valid compact state license
• CPR certification required at hire
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS may be required depending on unit assignment
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per medical regime and standards
• Perform nursing assessments and plan care
• Document assessments, diagnoses and care
• Administer medications as ordered (IM, IV, SQ, PO)
• Collaborate with physicians, patient/family and care team
