Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose patient needs and plan care.
• Document planned interventions to meet outcomes.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care with timely revisions.
• Participate in process improvement for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve targets.
