Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix is seeking an RN for the Network Float Pool, working nights across 3+ campuses. The role requires 1 year med-surg or acute care experience for float positions and at least 2 years ICU experience.

You will provide direct patient care, manage medications, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and support new staff through precepting. A sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience for float positions required.
• Min 2 years ICU experience required.
• Night shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data in a systematic manner and develop a patient care plan.
• Initiate treatments and medications per standing orders and policies.
• Document observations and nursing interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, diet, and exercise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Precept new hire staff and support competency development.
