Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program (Texas BON 217.1).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• 1 year of RN experience; specialty units may vary by care standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient assessments.
• Develop and update patient plans of care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prioritize and implement nursing interventions based on assessments and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families; provide discharge planning and safety education.
