Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor for the PSU and ED departments. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, and the role focuses on leading nursing care, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include directing post-surgical care, coordinating services, and supervising staff in the PSU/ED. Texas RN licensure, CPR required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with hospital Medical/Surgical experience.
• Leadership and education experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years ER or ICU experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for post-surgical patients.
• Ensure highest quality and safe patient care in compliance with standards.
• Care for patients aged 2 years to geriatric.
• Respond to patients and provide Medical Screening Exam as delegated.
• Report to PSU Manager and CNO; supervise unit in Manager's absence.
• All unit staff report to this position.
