Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse for our Operating Room. We focus on excellence in orthopedic and spine care in a 38-bed facility serving Arlington and the DFW area.

As an OR nurse you will assist with operative procedures, guide non-licensed staff, and care for adult and geriatric patients. Texas nursing licensure, CPR/ACLS are required; PALS preferred. Join us for a rewarding career with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas Nursing License.
• CPR and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
• Resource person and guidance for non-licensed personnel.
• Care for adults and geriatric patients; pediatric care as needed.
• Adhere to age-specific competencies and OR policies.
