Job summary

Norview Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing in Norfolk, VA is seeking an RN Supervisor for night shifts to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff. The role ensures care in compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards and supports a high quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• RN license in Virginia is required.
• First aid and CPR certification (BLS) required.
• Minimum 1+ year of management/supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Administer medications and document clinical information per policy.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and electronic records.
• Assist with discharge planning and care transitions.
