Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and oversee daily care operations on the night shift. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate care plans, and mentor staff in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and 3+ years nursing experience with 2+ years supervisory exposure. Competitive hourly pay and shift differentials are offered to support quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
