• Directs inpatient unit activities and evaluates care quality during shift; informs supervisors of issues.
• Plans, organizes and assigns staff by skill and patient needs; coordinates bed flow with Assessment Department.
• Applies the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for all ages served.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse License

3 years clinical experience in related field
