Job summary

Rebound Behavioral Health, a 63-bed inpatient and outpatient facility, is seeking a RN Supervisor for full-time night shift. You will provide day-to-day oversight of nursing operations, ensure adequate staffing, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to residents.

The role includes leading on-shift, coordinating physician orders, maintaining documentation, and mentoring staff. RN candidates should have an active state RN license and BSN preferred, with psychiatric experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; psychiatric experience preferred.
• Leadership or charge RN experience is advantageous.
• Must meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and staffing to meet patient care needs.
• Lead on-shift to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Coordinate orders, treatments, and documentation.
