Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; management or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of inpatient units and evaluate patient care for assigned shift.
• Plan, organize, and assign staff according to skill level and patient needs; coordinate bed flow with the Assessment Department.
• Utilize nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for all ages served.
