Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's High Point Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response team. The role focuses on delivering and coordinating patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety, quality and timely intervention during acute deterioration.

The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations. The facility offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Greater than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, andEffective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
