Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain safe patient care and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
