Job summary

Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (36 hours per week, 7pm-7:30am) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Set schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The RN will provide professional nursing care on a designated unit, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed. Qualifications include Florida RN licensure and ADN/ASN.

Qualifications

• ADN or ASN required; RN licensure in Florida required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Clinical experience in psychiatric settings preferred.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening and pre-employment drug test.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit per the treatment plan.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care within the multidisciplinary team.
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
