Summit Oaks Hospital in Summit, NJ, a 126-bed acute care hospital with behavioral health services, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7am, three days per week (36 hours). A $12,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Responsibilities include patient assessment, safety checks, and medication administration under treatment team guidance.

NJ RN license required. Preferred BSN, CPR, and psychiatric nursing experience; opportunities for residency transition-to-practice

Qualifications

• New Jersey RN license is required.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under physician guidance.
• Conduct safety checks and apply behavioral management techniques.
• Monitor, report, and document patient behaviors and overall well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments under the treatment team's guidance.
