AdventHealth in Apopka, FL is seeking an RN for the PCU observation unit on a 13-week StaffFlex contract. The role is night shift (7p-7a) with weekend rotation and no on-call requirements. Must have 2+ years in acute hospital care and an active RN license; BLS/ACLS required before hire.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of acute hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care in PCU during a 13-week StaffFlex contract.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Document patient data and perform handoffs per policy.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
