Job summary

ThedaCare Medical Center - Fond du Lac Expansion in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is hiring a part-time RN for night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am) every other weekend. The RN will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care across the continuum and collaborate with an interprofessional team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Requires Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire (PALS also required within 6 months). BSN completion may be required within five years for non-BSN candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire date for Emergency Departments.
• PALS within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs.
• Plans care in collaboration with patients and interprofessional team.
• Provide high-quality care and clinical outcomes across the care continuum.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
