Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Clinical RN for Shawano, Wisconsin, working nights and providing patient-centered nursing care across the continuum. You will collaborate with an interprofessional team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ENPC/NRP within specified timeframes. BSN preferred or required within five years of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN must be obtained within five years of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire date.
• PALS within 6 months of hire date.
• TNCC within 18 months of hire and recert every 4 years.
• ENPC within 18 months of hire and recert every 4 years.
• NRP within 3 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs and plan care with the interprofessional team.
• Collaborates with the care team to provide high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in assigned specialty and supports age-appropriate care.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Mentor and develop staff to retain expert clinicians.
• Provide consultation and build positive relationships with physicians and team members.
