Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, evidence-based care, documentation in EMR systems like EPIC, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to ensure safe transitions and high-quality

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• BSN strongly preferred; prior patient care experience valued.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
• ONS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely, coordinated care decisions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Document accurately in the EMR to support continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team communication.
