Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care by coordinating safe delivery of quality care for assigned patients/families.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care with identified problems and expected outcomes.
• Deliver age-appropriate nursing care and evaluate effectiveness of the plan.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
